Adult Program

The Adult Program at Lebanon Road is organized to provide fellowship and opportunities for outings for our members who are of adult age. These members range in age from 18-60 or above, may be single or married, and with or without children. Our goal is to encourage fellowship, fun, and worship for this age group.

Events and outings are planned by volunteers from our adult classes. Several get togethers occur during the year, ranging from fellowship dinners, home gatherings, and other gatherings such as ladies Bible studies.

We are blessed with a wonderful group of adults who love the Lord and enjoy activities with each other.

Listed below are a few of the activities we have enjoyed in the past few years:

Monthly Potluck- Typically every first Sunday of the month, the young adult members enjoy a delicious potluck fellowship meal following classes.

Holiday Party - Each December, an evening of dinner and entertainment is planned for alladults. This is an annual highlight for many of our adult members.

Young Adult and Family Cookout & Hayride - Each fall at the Fraternal Order of Police Camp in Wilson County, we get together to enjoy roasting hot dogs and marshmallows around a large bonfire and to set out on an adventurous hayride.

Vacation Bible School - Adult volunteers help organize and administer our yearly Vacation Bible School program.

Softball - Our men have a competitive softball team and are always looking for "star" players, especially since they don't have any stars right now. All kidding aside, this is terrific program and is not only fun for the players, but also for those avid fans who sit in the stands to cheer them on each week.

Committees - There are several committees available for adult volunteers such as the Educational Committee, Youth Committee, and Vacation Bible School Committee.
